Dr. Christian Müller was admitted to the Bar in 2007 and recognized as a lawyer specializing in employment law in 2010. Between 2007 and 2014, he worked in the Employment Law Department of the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. He provides legal assistance to small and medium-sized as well as large enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law, in particular as regards questions relating to works constitution law and restructuring. Furthermore, it is one of his specialities to advise executives. Chambers Europe Germany writes about him as follows: "Christian Müller is regarded as a safe pair of hands. He is extremely diligent; he never misses any detail and is always up to speed on new developments" (2013), and: "Christian Müller wins praise for his 'very precise advice' and is recognized for his strong work with HSH Nordbank" (2012).

 

Dr. Christian Müller studied Law at the Universities of Bonn and Miami. He is also admitted to the Bar in New York and completed a Magister Artium degree in Philosophy at the University of Bonn in addition to his legal studies. He held scholarships from Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes, Zeit-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius and Internationaler Richard-Wagner Verband.

 

Dr. Christian Müller publishes regularly on subjects of employment law and is the co-author of a collection of model texts, "Formularbuch Arbeitsrecht", published by Deutscher Anwaltverlag.
